1. Platform Description

Rovea is an online marketplace that connects travelers in Saudi Arabia with verified local tour guides. Rovea acts solely as an intermediary platform and is not a party to the agreements between travelers and guides.

2. User Registration

To use Rovea, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to the following:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Provider Requirements

Service providers listed on Rovea must comply with the following requirements:

• Complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid government-issued ID before offering services.
• Maintain accurate and transparent pricing for all listed services.
• Deliver services as described in their profile and maintain a professional standard of quality.

4. Booking Process

Bookings on Rovea follow this process:

1. The traveler submits a booking request to the provider.
2. The provider accepts or declines the request.
3. Upon acceptance, payment is processed and held securely.
4. After service completion, the provider receives payment minus the platform commission.

5. Payment Terms

All payments on Rovea are processed through Stripe. By using the platform, you agree to the following payment terms:

• All transactions are securely processed via Stripe payment infrastructure.
• All prices are displayed and charged in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
• Rovea charges a 15% commission on each completed booking, deducted from the provider's payout.
• Provider payouts are processed after service completion, subject to Stripe processing times.

7. User Conduct

All users of Rovea must adhere to the following standards of conduct. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination:

• No fraudulent activity, including fake bookings, false reviews, or payment manipulation.
• No harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users.
• No discrimination based on race, nationality, religion, gender, or any other protected characteristic.
• No misleading or false information in profiles, listings, or communications.

8. Content Ownership

By submitting content to Rovea (including reviews, photos, and profile information), you grant Rovea a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your original content. Rovea reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rovea serves as a marketplace connecting travelers and providers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by providers. Rovea shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or from services provided by third-party providers. Users engage with providers at their own discretion and risk.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a traveler and a provider, Rovea will attempt to mediate a resolution. Users may submit disputes through the platform within 48 hours of service completion. Rovea's decision on disputes regarding refunds is final. For disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
